Brief Call: Our process begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective is to learn about you, understand your motivations, and ensure we have the right job for you.
Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3, depending on the seniority level required. During the interviews, you will meet our team members, including your future manager and others related to your role. We discuss your experience, skills, the position, and our company culture and career opportunities.
Case Study: Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a test, such as a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario. We adapt the process to ensure the best candidate experience.

Your missions include:

Design and implement AWS architecture solutions for banking or payment sector clients.
Deploy scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
Support migration of critical financial systems to the cloud.
Monitor performance and optimize costs on cloud platforms.
Maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and deployment plans.
Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations in banking.
Collaborate with technical teams on cloud implementation.
Provide guidance and technical expertise during project delivery.

Your profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation.
Experience with banking or payment projects.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and compliance best practices.
Academic background in computer science or IT from an engineering school.
Fluent in English (B1 minimum).
Based in Italy.
