Clinical Application Specialist IGT (North-West Area)As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding business targets. You will be responsible for creating and delivering clinical education and consultancy services for both new and existing products owned by the customer.Your Role:Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools, and organizational skills to maximize business opportunities.Supporting the commercial presence at customer-facing events to generate leads and maintain market insights for optimized support.Receiving, registering, and providing clinical service support to requests or problems from all channels, communicating solutions in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Support is provided remotely or onsite, including guiding clinicians through procedures and optimizing systems clinically.Handling complaints (safety and non-safety related) and escalations to ensure accurate analysis, registration, and action.You're the right fit if you have:A graduate degree in radiography, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.Prior experience in cardiovascular clinical activities.2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a medical business.Fluent in English and Italian.Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with a customer-oriented attitude and presentation skills.We kindly ask you to submit your CV in English.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company built around the belief that every human matters.
