In this role, you’ll take care of our large customers (Corporate) in the post-sale phase and be in contact with the most important brands and companies in Italy.Your Main Goals Will BeNPSstrengthening our role as a partner of the Client in achieving his business goalsAbout Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:listen to the customer's needs: your relationship with the Customer must be a sentinel of new business opportunitiesaddress and follow up on post-sales issues; return appropriate feedback to the Customermonitor the quality of service (KPIs/SLAs)set-up/coordinate Service Meetingsmanage special business initiatives (e.g. upgrade POS, advanced reporting development, etc.)What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
