Overview
Join Aon as a Client Partner based in Torino. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work partly virtually and partly on site. Aon is committed to better decisions, trust, and diversity, protecting and enriching lives worldwide.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the Client Partner team, you will manage and grow a portfolio of top clients, driving both existing account development and new business acquisition.
Maintain and update opportunities in Aon Connect to keep the pipeline current.
Attend monthly commercial meetings to review opportunities and coordinate major campaigns.
Collaborate daily with clients and internal solutions partners for integrated client management.
Invite clients and prospects to Aon‑sponsored events (sports, culture, conventions) to deepen relationships and promote new business.
Promote Aon Risk Consulting services to clients and prospects.
Actively participate in industry associations where Aon is a member.
Conduct periodic visits to clients in the assigned portfolio.
Provide forecast reporting for revenue, budget, and client retention.
Qualifications
Strong commercial orientation with excellent relational, organizational, and team‑working skills.
Previous experience in the insurance sector managing a client portfolio and commercial activity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of English, spoken and written.
Problem‑solving ability and goal orientation.
