Client Director owns the day‑to‑day client relationship and all elements of delivery, ensuring the implementation of the strategic vision, achievement of financial targets, and development of a trusted partnership with the client. The role leads the Shared Service Delivery Operations, providing high‑quality media operations to support Media and Performance brands. This includes oversight of platform configuration, campaign setup and optimisation, media delivery and reconciliation, reporting, and supplier validation. The Director ensures operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement across all delivery areas.

Immerse self and team in the client’s business : understanding challenges, objectives, market dynamics, competitive threats, and partner ecosystem.
Translate agency strategy into actionable business plans that deliver measurable value to the client.
