Join us in shaping a sustainable future.About the roleWe have licensed Kraken for over 4 years, transforming businesses by shifting their customer base to our platform and changing their operating models & ways of working.Residential Flex leverages Kraken’s technology to optimize and manage distributed energy resources (DERs) like EVs, home batteries, heat pumps, and smart thermostats. This helps utilities enhance grid resilience, develop innovative tariffs, increase customer engagement, and accelerate decarbonization at scale.You will join the client delivery team supporting European clients through their technology transformation, focusing on implementing our Residential Flexibility product.The Client Delivery Lead manages end-to-end implementation, working closely with Kraken’s technology and operational teams and the client to deliver results.This role requires a deep understanding of Kraken’s workings, the ability to interpret client requests, and to refine solutions that leverage existing and new capabilities. You will bridge technology, people, and processes to foster innovation and improvements, supporting clients in adapting to Kraken’s ways of working. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.What you will doManage relationships with client counterparts (product and business owners)Be the primary contact for technical development and escalation for domain/product issuesTriaging requests and communicating priorities internallySummarizing and articulating client needs, considerations, and timelines to facilitate platform developmentSupport engineering to deliver product featuresChallenge clients to think differently about tech development, supporting our iterative deployment approachThis is a hands-on, individual contributor role.
