Diesel is a worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.We are currently looking for Client Advisor Part-time 24h to join our Diesel Store in Padova.ResponsibilitiesAct and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clientsWelcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all timesBe a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questionsCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about themDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessaryDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales resultsBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIsProve brand and product knowledgeEnsure and maintain high standards of the shop floor and visual displays, complying with company operational guidelines and stock proceduresContribute to a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floorThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitorsDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiativesManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a handcrafted experience to achieve the best sales performanceQualificationsPrevious experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passion for retail, client service and a commercial mindsetExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivityStrong communication skillsWillingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plusDigitally aware and open to new ways of workingStrong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and executionWhat We OfferFull-time contractA competitive pay depending on store performance with commissions on concession salesA range of development opportunities in Diesel and OTB group store network in Italy and abroadA generous employee discount on Diesel and OTB group brandsA dynamic, inclusive, young teamHighly inclusive working environmentLunch vouchers for each working dayPrivacy policy available here: https://apps.otb.net/hr-gdpr/
