Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clientsWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all timesBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questionsCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about themDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessaryDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales resultsBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIsProve Brand and product knowledgeManage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate mannerEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock proceduresContribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floorThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitorsDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiativesManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performanceKEY REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;Strong communication skills;Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;Digitally aware and open to new ways of workingContratto di lavoro : Part-time, Tempo determinatoOrari part-time : 30 a settimanaBenefit :Buoni pastoOrario :Orario flessibileEsperienza :venditore : 1 anno (Preferenziale)Lingua :Inglese (Obbligatorio)Sede di lavoro : Un'unica sede
