Client Advisor (M/F) - Capri - Fixed-term full-time position (CDD) - From April to October 2026

ZIMMERMANN also upholds a well-established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few.
Based in our Capri store, we are currently seeking Client Advisors to join our team for the new season (full-time fixed-term contract, 40 hours) from April to October 2026. Positions for the full season or 3 and 5 months are available.
A rare opportunity exists for outstanding Client Advisor to join our team in Capri. The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.

The successful candidate will also possess:

Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion
Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
A professional, welcoming character and presentation
High attention to detail
Knowledge of luxury fashion
Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
A passion for exceeding client expectations
Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A calmness to work under pressure
Fluent in Italian and English
