Position: Client Advisor - Luxury Boutique
Overview: Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a dedicated team within Gi Group Spa, specializes in fashion and luxury sectors, helping candidates find roles aligned with their skills and expectations. We are currently recruiting for a prestigious Italian luxury brand.
Responsibilities:

Assisted sales and all store management activities
Customer reception and consultation
Reorganization and maintenance of sales space and warehouse
Cash activities and customer loyalty initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in high-end retail, focusing on assisted sales and customer service
Background in luxury retail environments
Customer loyalty orientation
Good appearance, cheerful personality, and team spirit
Proficiency in English

Additional Details:

Full-time, rotational schedule including weekends
Contract: Fixed-term directly with the client, starting from the 4th level of the trade collective agreement, with salary based on experience, €8 meal vouchers, and sales incentives
Location: Milan City Center
