Responsibilities

Manage and execute omni‑channel services.
Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing best‑in‑class client experience.
Achieve sales, conversion, and client‑ling targets.
Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory.

Qualifications

Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to identify customer needs, cross‑sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store targets.
Responsive with a professional approach to resolving customer concerns.
Previous customer‑facing role in retail or hospitality.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience with CRM and client‑eling.
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages preferred.
