We appreciate results-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, stay updated on fashion trends, and have a strong interest in our brand and products.Responsibilities include:Master the client journey to ensure a seamless experience;Create emotional engagement and desire among clients;Engage with existing and prospective clients according to the weekly plan set by store management;Provide Valentino Couture service impeccably at every stage—from preparation to sale to farewell;Focus on developing and retaining existing clients while recruiting new ones;Engage clients through various selling opportunities, including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone inquiries;Participate actively in sales routines and partnership efforts.Operations and Visual Merchandising:Manage all sales and after-sales activities, including boutique returns, end-of-season processes, customer returns, repairs, and complaints;Maintain product presentation and ensure replenishment on the floor;Know warehouse stock across all categories to ensure shelves are stocked and sales are maximized;Follow administrative and operational procedures;Coordinate with visual teams to adhere to display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus;Proactive team player with a positive attitude;Strong knowledge of high fashion;Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the company;Existing client network within the luxury sector.The Valentino ecosystem nurtures a diverse pool of talent, each contributing unique attributes that foster a culture of inclusivity and equity.
