ResponsibilitiesBalances cash and checks daily and makes daily bank deposits.Monitors and replenishes inventory.Serves as a reference point, providing expertise to developing employees in the front-office operations of a veterinary clinic.Performs other related duties as assigned.
RequirementsConditions of Employment include direct deposit and Social Security Card requirement, meeting qualification/eligibility/background requirements, and possibly a one-year probationary period.Ability to work occasional Saturdays for special events.Must be able to receive all mandated immunizations and not have an aversion to animals, blood, bodily fluids, animal tissues, strong odors, needles, or sharp instruments.Federal agencies will request COVID-19 vaccination status for workplace safety protocols.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite and point of sales software, and basic arithmetic skills.Highly Preferred: Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods, restrain animals, and reach or sit as needed.

Additional InformationArea of Consideration includes the local commuting area within a 50-mile radius of Aviano, Italy, with specific eligibility criteria.Salary is pro-rated based on a 40-hour work week, with an hourly rate of $15.00 for NF02.Allowances, incentives, and PCS costs are not provided.Employment category is flexible, with hours to be determined after hire.
