OverviewClerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) role at Teacher of Arts (High school) Philosophy of the Arts (HKU).ResponsibilitiesProvide support in planning, organising, and executing events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities.Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and technical requirements.Assist in drafting and proofreading promotional materials and invitations.Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.Maintain social media accounts and update content related to events and activities.Perform ad hoc tasks as needed and other duties assigned.Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required.QualificationsFive HKCEE passes including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR five subjects with at least Level 2 in HKDSEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics; at least 4 years of full-time work experience in event management, communications, marketing, or related field.Good command of English and Chinese.Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills; good sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and in a team.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality and data protection.
