Claims Specialist – Financial Lines WTW is hiring a Claims Specialist for the Financial Lines team in Torino, Italy. The role focuses on managing and analyzing claims across D&O, EPL, Crime, Professional RC, Professione, Posi, and Legal Protection for the WTW clients. Responsibilities Manage Financial Lines claims within your assigned area, maintaining constant communication with insurers, clients, legal counsel, and consultants. Collect, analyze, and open client damage claims. Control and resolve claims until closure/liquidation. Perform back‑office duties and verify documentation related to claims and insurance policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or related field. English proficiency B2/C1. Pragmatic, result‑oriented, team‑player, willing to learn, and open to new challenges. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims management/liquidation preferred (Nice to have). Full‑time position. Experience level correlates with the applicant background.
