We are looking for an engineer to join our Formwork and Shoringinternational team to work under the responsibility of the Head ofInfrastructure Engineering.Job ResponsibilitiesTemporary Works design for InfrastructureprojectsManagement of all aspects of Temporary Works(Formwork and Falsework)Develop original and creative temporary workssolutions, thinking outside the box to address unique project challengeswhile maintaining safety, functionality, and cost-effectivenessCalculations of steel structures or single partsin accordance with EurocodesUtilize structural analysis software to perform structuralcalculations for temporary works and validate the stability, safety, andfeasibility of designsProduce detailed structural calculations,drawings, and documentation for temporary works, ensuring all designscomply with applicable codes and regulationsProduction of method statements, assembly anddismantling proceduresWork within BIM environment, utilizing BIMsoftware for the coordination of temporary works, ensuring continuouscollaboration with other disciplinesResponsible for generating accurate materiallists and closely tracking project costs to ensure adherence to the budgetWork closely with clients, site engineers,project managers, and construction teams to ensure temporary works areimplemented efficiently and safely on-siteTravel to jobsites to participate to meetings andcarry out site inspectionsProvide engineering support to resolve any designor on-site issues related to temporary works, including troubleshootingand offering practical solutionsContinuously gather different type of informationfrom internal and external stakeholders to produce best practices andreact to the project and customer needsRequest and evaluate tenders and offers for customsteel structures in cooperation with the Supply Chain ManagementAssist the Sales teams on client meetings, withpresentations and technical supportRequirementsGraduation in Civil Engineering or StructuralEngineering5+ years proven experience in Temporary Worksdesign, preferably in the infrastructure sectorExperienced in using AutocadProficient in structural design and analysis softwarepackagesExperience working in a BIM environment andutilizing BIM toolsExperience with a leading F&S company is aplusCapability to perform 3D modeling is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills – verbal and writtenWell versed in the Microsoft Office applications.Proactive/ takes initiativeMovesquickly and effectivelyAbility to prioritise & meet deadlinesCustomer-Oriented with a strong commitment to serviceexcellenceFluent in both spoken and written EnglishLocation of the positionTurate (Hybrid)ApplicationsSend updated CV and cover letter to [info_italia@beis.com].Please send your application in English
