DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Children & Back to School Junior Shoes Designer for shoes to join our creative team and support the design and development of our children and Back to School shoes collections. This role is focused on execution, working closely with the Senior Designer to bring seasonal concepts to life.
KEY CHALLENGES
You will be responsible for translating briefs and directions into technical drawings, preparing artwork and color-ups, and helping with day-to-day design tasks.

Assist in the execution of seasonal collections based on direction from the Senior Designer;
Create and update flat technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
Prepare print artwork, graphics, and color-ups;
Help source fabrics, trims, and references as directed;
Assist in fitting sessions and take notes for design corrections;
Organize design boards, fabric swatches, and visual presentations;
Support cross-functional communication with product development and sourcing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Fashion Design or related field;
1 –2 years of experience in Shoes design (internship or assistant designer experience preferred);
Strong portfolio demonstrates technical drawing skills and a good understanding of kids or Athleisure shoes;
Proficient Adobe creative suite (Illustrator & Photoshop);
3d Fashion design software is considered a plus.

Spanish nice to have

Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
