As CTO of Lio Factory, you will define and lead the technology strategy across the group’s platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑proof capabilities for businesses operating in digital infrastructure, renewable energy systems, and high‑end hospitality operations.
You will work directly with the CEO and every division head, guiding internal teams and through technological excellence, innovation, and disciplined execution.
This is a pivotal executive role for a leader able to mix deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and organizational leadership, operating at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and investment.

Key Responsibilities
Define the group‑wide technology vision, architecture principles, and standards.
Build long‑term roadmaps for cloud, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI integration, and data governance.
Oversee the architecture and development of platforms supporting data centers, BESS, renewable energy assets, and other mission‑critical operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies (AI inference, edge computing, chip trends, automation, IoT, blockchain) and assess strategic fit across the portfolio.
Security, Compliance & Governance
Own cybersecurity architecture, vendor risk, cloud governance, and data protection standards.
Deliver Board‑level reporting on technology performance, risks, and investment needs.
Investment Evaluation & Business Enablement
Translate business needs and investment theses into scalable architectural solutions.
Support presales, enterprise client engagements, and technology‑driven negotiations (especially in digital infrastructure and energy).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engineering excellence, and technical curiosity.
Introduce AI‑driven automation and analytics to improve operations across data center, energy, and hospitality verticals.
Mentor and develop Technology Leads across platforms.
Qualifications
MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years leading complex engineering and technology organizations.
4+ years in an executive or senior leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology).
Strong experience in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, security frameworks, and distributed systems.
Solid software engineering background (Python, JS/TS, Java, or similar).
Expertise in CI/CD, containers, virtualization, microservices, and IaC (e.g., Terraform).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and operational resilience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data centers, energy systems, IoT, hospitality operations, or AI/ML infrastructure.
Exposure to investment processes, technical due diligence, or M&A.
Experience with AI/ML product development or MLOps workflows. Or GenAI
