The ideal candidate will possess exceptional commercial acumen, a deep understanding of hotel dynamics, and the ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive growth while maintaining high standards of luxury service.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the profitability of our properties, with a focus on Average Daily Rate (ADR) and pricing positioning. They will work closely with our sales team to maximize revenue opportunities across different channels, ensuring perfect synergy between sales and pricing strategies.We are looking for someone who can analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively with our teams. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a third language being an asset.
