Chief of Staff
Location: Milan (Hybrid)
Seniority: 3-6 years of experience
Main activities and responsibilities
Support the management team in defining and monitoring strategic priorities, ensuring full organizational alignment with company objectives.
Facilitate an effective flow of information and decision-making between the Executive Committee and the Business Units, including through the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decisions.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to guide growth strategies, optimize operational workflows, and support the executive-level decision-making process.
Work closely with the CEO in managing the strategic and operational agenda, ensuring proper follow‑up and progress on key priorities.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistency across processes, initiatives, and decision-making.
Act as a facilitator in resolving complex organizational and operational issues, promoting effective and timely solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in roles supporting top management (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, PMO, or similar).
Strong strategic analysis skills and the ability to translate corporate priorities into clear, actionable, and trackable operational plans.
Degree in economics, management, or related fields (e.g., Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Political Science / International Relations with an economic‑organizational focus).
Project and stakeholder management competencies, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives effectively.
Proficiency with advanced work tools, including Office Suite/Google Workspace, project management systems, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
