BOGGI MILANO, upper premium brand, international leader in the Menswear Segment, is looking for aCHIEF MARKETING OFFICER.The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years in a similar role, having preferably grown through the ranks of Fashion Retail.Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close coordination with the Style Center and Merchandising Departments, this role will conceive and manage all Brand’s marketing strategies and lead the marketing function to achieve global and regional business goals.Requisiti professionaliAn open-minded approach and a creative mindset, able to constantly explore newAbility to work with creative counterparts to develop successful communication and PR campaignsOutstanding communication capabilitiesStrong adaptability in maintaining effectiveness throughout possible shifts in the retailingResult driven mind-set fixing high goals for personal and team accomplishmentsGreat team player ability, being able to work and cooperate effectively with others, may they be the candidate’s team or other lines of the companySpecific advanced knowledge of Digital, Social media and CRM programs managementThese unique capabilities will enable the candidate to:Envision and implement efficiently a long term Marketing plan for the BrandCreate, develop and implement Marketing programs (including Branding and Product Campaigns, Events, Digital Marketing, and PR) that are innovative, creative and demonstrate ROI with focus on increasing Retail KPIsDevelop and manage a global customer centric marketing strategy following an Omnichannel approachDevelop annual budget proposals and expenditure allocation, regularly analysing and reviewing such allocation to ensure that results are achieved efficientlyWork closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programsManage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognitionUndertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends reporting such trends periodically to the C-Level CommitteeThe candidate will implement the strategy via a dedicated Marketing Team, being the testimonial of Brand’s values, DNA and Ethics versus colleagues and in all relevant events.Willing to travel when needed, the candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (a third language will be a welcome plus).
