Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimise their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitise their practices in order to be able to spend more time with the patient. We also operate marketplace websites in 13 countries which serve 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment. Only last month 11 mln medical visits were booked via our websites. That makes us the world's leading marketplace connecting doctors and patients. One of those is the CMO Italy who will lead the marketing strategy and its execution with a strong focus on customer acquisition for our Italian market. This is a hybrid role - some time in our Italian HQ in Rome, some time based from anywhere / remote.Responsibilitieslead our marketing in Italy!Among other things, this means...execution of marketing strategy focused on customers acquisition to increase new company revenue in different segments (SMB & Enterprise), using the global strategy as a starting point and adapting as needed for the Italian marketcreate, lead and execute B2B marketing projects with high impact on growing company revenuecreate, lead and execute events plan (including owned events), PR plans as well as customer marketing programs to support elevating company revenuelead & develop the team of high performing individuals through goal setting, execution and optimisation in order to drive revenue.cooperate closely with the Italian Head of Sales, CEO and other local leadership members to achieve revenue and pipelines goalspartner with the Head of Customer Success Italy to co-develop and manage the customer marketing initiatives.QualificationsWhat makes you a strong fit?4+ years of relevant experience with extraordinary achievements in execution of full lifecycle marketing (lead generation, product marketing, customer marketing, content / PR / brand) with a strong focus on customer acquisition (preferably in SaaS company and targeted at the Italian market)3+ years of team leadership experienceproven track record in developing & executing B2B marketing strategy (from setting strategy through its execution to measuring results) and meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growthexperience in multiple market segments (SMB & Enterprise) with a solid understanding of how each of them worksexcellent leadership skills in attracting, developing and retaining great talentsproven ability to be strategic but with entrepreneurial spirit - to put hands-on to find the answers and get resultsmindset of building for scale with a data-driven approach to marketingsolid analytical, execution, problem solving skills, including metrics-driven thinkingyou are used and love to build and execute plans at a fast pace to explore growth opportunitiesfluent Italian and English to smoothly communicate with the local team and in an international environment.Additional InformationWhat you will find?Impactyou will work alongside senior management on projects that will transform the organisation.Equitythat's right.
