For our client, a leading manufacturing company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, a category leader with significant international subsidiaries, we are seeking a :Chief Financial Officer (CFO)The CFO will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, taking a leadership role within the executive team. The position reports directly to the Group CEO and will lead the finance, administration, and control teams. The role requires strong strategic and operational experience to ensure sustainable business growth both nationally and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies supporting growth and resource optimization, with a focus on international markets.International Financial Management: Coordinate global financial and treasury activities, manage foreign currencies, international financial risks (e.g., currency exchange, interest rates), and optimize capital structure across countries.Cash Pooling and Liquidity Optimization: Manage international cash pooling operations to maximize liquidity efficiency and reduce financial costs.Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and forecast financial performance; oversee budgeting and planning processes.Liquidity Optimization: Manage working capital, cash flows, treasury policies, and relationships with financial institutions globally.Accounting and Control: Supervise accounting and financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.External Relations: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial stakeholders, including international partners.Control and Reporting: Design and manage financial reporting systems and Business Intelligence tools, consolidating data internationally.M&A and Investments: Manage extraordinary transactions and support expansion and acquisition projects globally.Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering growth and continuous improvement, with international resource coordination.Digitalization: Support the implementation of ERP systems and BI tools for global integration.Sustainability and Innovation: Promote policies on financial sustainability and innovation initiatives.Governance: Strengthen corporate governance and financial culture.Required Skills and CompetenciesExtensive experience as a CFO in complex multinational environments, preferably in Food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.Strategic vision with the ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and scenario planning.Proven expertise in managing M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings, with strong risk management skills.Deep understanding of IAS/IFRS standards and financial consolidation processes.Excellent liquidity management and capital optimization skills, including cash pooling and forex risk management.Proficiency with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence platforms.Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change.High integrity, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach to business challenges.Experience in digital innovation and promoting financial sustainability as strategic drivers.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for international stakeholder interaction.Compensation PackageBase salary: €120,000 – €140,000Bonus: Performance-based (MBO)Benefits: Company benefits packageJ-18808-Ljbffr
