Chef de Rang - Seta Restaurant
Mandarin Oriental, Milan is looking for a Chef de Rang to join our 2‑Michelin Star Restaurant “Seta by Antonio Guida”.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Seta Restaurant, the Chef de Rang is responsible for assisting the restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests. The Chef de Rang reports to the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
Professional advice and care of our guests
Professional serving of food and drinks
Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards
Providing the required mise en place
Supporting the restaurant management in carrying out daily tasks
Assisting with the preparation and implementation of special events
Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Qualifications
Speak, read and communicate in a good level of English and Italian
Previous experience working in a food & beverage environment, ideally in a high‑end, luxury establishment
You will be guest focused, an excellent communicator and possess high levels of attention to detail
