We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations.At Schneider Electric, trust is a core value. Your responsibilities include:Drafting and reviewing contracts and terms, supporting negotiationsCreating templatesHandling claims and overseeing litigationEnsuring compliance with laws and policiesDelivering training and managing compliance programsMonitoring regulatory changesOther legal support as neededYour profileWe seek a candidate comfortable in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability, with proven in-house legal experience. You should be proactive, collaborative, and able to analyze complex issues to deliver practical legal solutions.Requirements include:A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years' PQE in commercial law, preferably in Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction, or Renewables sectorsFluent in English and technologically proficientExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and handle large workloadsApply today to join us!Interested candidates must submit an online application.
