About the Company
ZNEXT is seeking a CEO for one of its portfolio companies, soon to launch on the market. The company is building a digital ecosystem designed for creative professionals (illustrators, CGI artists, photographers, motion designers, etc.). The platform offers integrated tools for networking, workflow management, training, and consulting — with the goal of turning freelance work into a simpler, more sustainable, and rewarding experience.
The Role
The CEO will be responsible for the strategic vision, business growth, partnerships, and market expansion both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on commercial development, B2B growth, and sales execution. We are looking for someone who combines entrepreneurial drive, a deep understanding of the tech/creative market, and strong leadership skills. The ability to effectively represent the company in public and with investors is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and client acquisition in the B2B segment;
Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, companies, and players in the creative sector;
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align the roadmap and user growth strategy;
Actively represent the company with investors and stakeholders, with strong skills in pitching and storytelling.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years experience as CEO, CRO, or Head of Sales, ideally within tech or SaaS startups;
Strong background in B2B sales and business development;
Knowledge of the freelance, creative, or digital ecosystem is a strong plus;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Fluent in Italian and English, third language is a plus.
