The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail!Job PurposeThe Casino VIP Services Consultant is responsible to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, Junket Representatives, through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive MSC Cruises revenue and brand awareness. The role is aimed to promote MSC products, to provide an excellent service towards the customers, handling casino guests' requests at 360°, organizing their stay onboard (booking, post booking, info, complaints, communications).Key AccountabilitiesAssist the casino guests in redeeming their rewards (discount/ complimentary cruise), employing selling skills and efficiently promoting MSC Cruises products;Be the main reference point for casino clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to gain their loyalty;Interact in an effective manner with a multicultural and particularly demanding clientele;Identify and acknowledge Casino players through the different programs/marketing campaigns;Maximize sales opportunities increasing the number of bookings and contributing to the promotion and organization of Casino Group sailings and events;Meet assigned annual sales quota and other relevant individual and departmental KPIs.QualificationsMinimum of +2 years of customer service experience /sales.
