If you're excited to foster a positive workplace culture while also helping us recruit and onboard exceptional caregiving talent, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a team that values people above all else.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to ensure they feel seen, heard, and valuedRecognize and celebrate high performers; support caregivers through challengesPlan and lead caregiver appreciation events, engagement initiatives, and retention programsServe as a trusted advocate and go-to resource for caregiver success and satisfactionPromote a workplace where caregivers feel empowered, respected, and proud of their workSource, screen, and recruit exceptional caregivers to support our growing client baseConduct interviews with warmth and professionalism to identify high-quality candidatesLead caregiver onboarding and orientation to ensure a welcoming, supportive startCollaborate with marketing to post jobs, track hiring data, and improve outreachProvide initial and ongoing training to caregivers, including ADL-focused care techniquesManage access to virtual learning platforms and continuing educationSupport caregivers in feeling fully prepared and confident on the jobAssist with weekly caregiver scheduling and shift coordinationHelp manage last-minute changes with clear communication and professionalismAct as a connector between caregivers and the office to ensure smooth operationsCommunicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families via phone and emailUse Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and recordkeepingMaintain up-to-date caregiver files and assist with performance documentationExperience with WellSky or similar home care software is a plusOccasionally travel locally to support caregivers or visit clients (mileage reimbursed)What We’re Looking ForProfessional caregiving experience required (strong knowledge of ADLs)Experience in caregiving is required (recruiting, HR, & scheduling a plus!)Warm, empathetic, and clear communicator with strong people skillsOrganized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office; WellSky experience a plusValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceMust pass all required background checksScheduleFull-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.Occasional evening or weekend support (minority of the time but expected weekly)Based at our Olivette, MO office with occasional local travelWhy You’ll Love Working With HomeWell Care Services of St. LouisCompetitive payMake a direct impact on caregiver well-being and workplace cultureBe a leader in building and supporting a compassionate care teamSmall, collaborative, family-style work environmentA role with real purpose and daily meaningIf you believe caregivers deserve to feel supported, valued, and set up for success — we’d love to meet you.Apply today and help us grow a culture where caregivers truly thrive.Compensation: $45,000.00 per yearAtHomeWellCare Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship athome.
