This role emphasizes safety compliance, timely preventative maintenance, and high equipment availability through continuous improvement.Shift PatternThis role involves working in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.RESPONSIBILITIESModel and monitor health & safety best practices among team members.Demonstrate SME-level knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and work hands-on.Coach and mentor technicians, support the line manager, and supervise shifts in their absence.Ensure high equipment availability through troubleshooting and prioritization.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the EU network.Build and maintain good relationships at all organizational levels.Understand OEE and other equipment performance metrics.Manage contractors effectively.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to supervise and influence team members.Skill in multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple projects.Experience managing multiple contractors and working in multi-site environments.
