Permanent Placement, dedicated to the search and selection of qualified personnel for direct employment with client companies, is seeking for an alimentary company:OPERAIO / A VICE CAPO REPARTO (PRODUZIONE ALIMENTARE)After an initial training period, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff and organizing shifts, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.Responsibilities include:Supervising production activities during the shiftCoordinating line personnel (packaging, IV and V gamma)Verifying adherence to production plans and intervening in case of deviationsMonitoring the proper functioning of plants and machineryEnsuring compliance with HACCP and workplace safety regulationsTraining new staff on company proceduresReporting anomalies or non-conformitiesRequirements:Experience in a similar role, preferably in food companiesKnowledge of production technologies and raw materialsLeadership skills, operational problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of HACCP and food safety regulationsFlexibility with working hours and availability for shiftsOffer:Direct employment in the company, either full-time or part-time, depending on the profilePosition classified according to the Food Artisans' National Collective Labour Agreement, with salary range between €24,000 and €30,000 based on experienceWorking hours: Day shifts from 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00Work location: PescantinaFull-time schedule: 40 hours per weekThis advertisement is addressed to all individuals, regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
