Salary Range
$130,000 – $160,000+ annually, based on experience and qualifications

Our company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale capital projects from start to finish. Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
12–15 years of experience in the construction industry and project management
Proven history of managing large commercial and industrial construction projects
Strong computer skills relevant to construction project management
Knowledge of safety best practices and procedures
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ability to travel out-of-state for the duration of projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, pivot with unexpected changes, and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive:

OSHA 30 certification
Experience with various contract delivery methods
Strategic planning and implementation experience
Ability to build and lead cohesive teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Situational awareness and crisis management capabilities
Experience identifying client needs and managing projects from concept to completion

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Outline key tasks and expectations for the role:

Oversee and manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
Develop and implement strategies for timely and cost-effective project completion
Provide regular project status updates to Construction Operations leadership
Identify and mitigate project risks
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Ensure adherence to quality standards through inspections and QA/QC processes
Resolve construction challenges and prevent delays
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Participate in strategic and operational initiatives to support company growth
