Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitator
Location: Europe
Duration: Task-based over 24 months
Estimated Workload: Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy
About the Opportunity:
We are creating a pool of Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitators for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001, which involves providing consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver up to four peer exchange and capacity building modules (2 NCAs per Member State).
Facilitate training on platform use, common terminology, and deployment of SupTech use cases.
Promote best practices and support knowledge-sharing across NCAs.
Coordinate logistics and feedback mechanisms for learning sessions.

Qualifications:

Background in adult learning, digital innovation, or supervisory training.
5+ years of experience in peer-learning or training for regulators or public sector institutions.
Strong facilitation, workshop design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working across multiple EU jurisdictions is preferred.
