The Wine Cellar Worker will be responsible for various tasks including assisting with grape processing, managing fermentation processes, monitoring wine maturation, cleaning and sanitizing the cellar, and bottling and labeling wines. The role requires close cooperation with the winemaker to ensure the production of high-quality wines.QualificationsExperience in grape processing and fermentation managementKnowledge of wine maturation and cellar sanitation practicesSkills in bottling and labeling winesAbility to work physically demanding tasks and in a team environmentPassion for the wine industry and a desire to learn and growPrevious experience in a winery or vineyard is an advantageExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
