OverviewOn behalf of our Client, an important biopharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Congress & Events Administrative Assistant, located in Milan - Italy; this function will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support to the Italian affiliate, handling diverse set of matters ranging from contracts management to general administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling general purchasing;Support to the congresses and events management (for contracts and logistic organization);Administrative support: management of Purchase to Pay process;Handling of mail and shipping of material;Support for travel arrangements and relations with corporate travel agency.QualificationsHigh School Degree;Fluency in Italian and English;Microsoft Office Skills essential;Preferable similar experience in same sector at least 2/3 years;Preferable general knowledge of the pharma industry and the Farmindustria code;Precision and proactivity;Work AreaMilanType of ContractChemical ContractIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
