Campaign Operations Associate [S], GSS Campaign Operations

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations work flows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality, learning and adapting to new features and changes in the processes, and updating workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role requires flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements and is an individual contributor, on‑site position that requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS Office and comfort with numbers.
Key job responsibilities
Operations
Fulfils objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity and quality targets
Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner
Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated
Quality and Process Excellence
Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality
Complies with SOP or manager's directions and ensures tasks meet quality standards
Spot/catch errors in SOP content and reach out to respective subject matter experts for correction
Contributes to process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens; goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/4 JDIs in a year
Willing to be part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysis
About the team
GSS Campaign Operations Prime Video was initiated in 2019 to take up marketing & merchandising related activities within the Books org that are repetitive, low‑medium complex, manual tasks distributed across many employees. Over the years, we have expanded our scope to 10+ GLs outside of books org and are continuing to grow by collaborating with newer teams. GSS Campaign Operations can support Demand Generation activities for all teams within Amazon and encompasses 120+ sub‑processes across Books & Non‑Books Org.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in or currently studying Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related studies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with campaign scheduling, asset sourcing, and account manager teams
