Your task will be to define and guide procurement strategies, ensuring efficient, innovative, and company-goal-aligned purchases.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement effective procurement strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure needs are met.Monitor market trends and procurement opportunities.Manage supplier relationships and negotiate advantageous contracts.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.Prior experience in procurement or similar roles.Analysis and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Skills RequiredKnowledge of procurement processes and negotiation techniques.Familiarity with supply management tools and ERP software.Ability to analyze data and reports for informed decision-making.What We OfferOpportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment.Continuous training and skill development.A competitive salary package and company benefits.Work LocationMilan, Italy.Job RequirementsYour main activities will be: Defining corporate service purchase strategies (HR, communication, insurance, etc.) Preparing tender documentation and conducting negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders Managing purchases through company platforms (SAP, Jaggaer) Analyzing data to optimize expenses and monitor suppliers Collaborating with other company departments on cross-project activitiesTo join us, you will need: 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist/Supply Chain Specialist in structured and dynamic companies Knowledge of the indirect procurement market with a preferred focus on: HR, Institutional Affairs, communication & marketing, insurance, and professional services Negotiation and data analysis skills Good knowledge of Office and English A degree in Management Engineering is preferredCertifications in Procurement/Supply Chain and experience in industrial/productive contexts will be a plus.Why grow with us?
