This Position reports to: Purchasing Manager
You will be mainly accountable for

Analyzing purchasing data, market trends, and supplier metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
Verifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market.
Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.

Qualifications For The Role

You hold a Degree in Finance or Management Engineering.
Interest in developing your career in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing area;
Knowledge in cost analysis and financial evaluation within procurement or supply chain functions.
Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
Very Good knowledge of English (level B2) and Italian, written and spoken;
Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt);
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good communication skills;
