If you have the necessary skills and experience, GRS looks forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Business Analyst role.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Review Payment Scheme bulletins and translate Scheme requirements into technical solution documents, liaising with vendors to finalize technical details.Classify bulletins into E-Commerce, Face-to-Face (F2F), Authorization, or Clearing categories.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand required technical changes.Prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities, often under pressure.Manage projects related to the card payment switch from a technology perspective, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Understanding of card payment cycles.Previous experience in a similar role.Experience with Payment Schemes' monthly releases for enhancements and compliance in the Card Payment industry.Excellent planning, reporting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Basic knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.Ability to work on multiple projects and systems simultaneously.Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.Company Benefits:A competitive remuneration package.Performance bonus.Development opportunities.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
