Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication
Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to support digital transformation
Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies
Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas

Work mode : 100% remote.
Competenze richieste

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in English

Nice to have
German language skills.
