In the role of Business Process Analyst, you will contribute to shaping efficient and consistent business processes across multiple entities and areas. You will collaborate on global projects, lead process standardization and improvement initiatives, and drive digital transformation between IT and business areas.Tasks & Responsibilities:Lead process analysis, standardization, and design post-merger, focusing on harmonizing workflows between the two companies.Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among departments such as IT, Quality, Production, Logistics, etc., to ensure continuous process standardization, measurement, improvement, and quality assurance.Support IT system rollouts and digital transformations by translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring smooth adoption.Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through process automation and best practices, delivering measurable financial impact.Collaborate with global process owners to identify process risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; support the definition of a process improvement roadmap and strategic project planning.Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, charts, instructions, and training materials.Monitor KPIs to track integration success and process performance.Act as a culture change agent, fostering a process-centric culture and continuous improvement mindset.Facilitate stakeholder engagement for process initiatives.Conduct process audits to ensure adherence and identify areas for enhancement.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.Skills & Competencies:Agile or project management certification is a plus.Business process experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or field service.Experience with SAP is a plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian.Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong stakeholder skills and business acumen.Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.Experience & Background: Minimum 3 years in business process management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence; lean/six sigma certification is a plus.Location: STEELCO S.p.A. – Via Balegante 27, Riese Pio X (TV).
