Business Operations Executive, Mobile BusinessChina Mobile International Limited (CMI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile. Leveraging the strong support by China Mobile, CMI provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to enterprises, carriers, and mobile users.Job PurposeResponsible for daily operation of mobile business, including sales operation, logistic support, customer services support and billing operation.Job Functions & Required Skills / KnowledgeSales Operation - Assist sales team in different operation including but not limited to sales report management, stock forecast and preparation, sales fulfillment, target achievement report, etcMarketing Support - Working closely with Business Development team and HQ, support in different marketing activities including but not limited to Marketing Events Management, Marketing Material Preparation and Social Media Support.Customer & Billing Support - Act as second tier support, assist customer service hotline in any escalated cases handling. Coordinate with network partner on different operational issues and workflow enhancement. Assist in different billing logistic and operationProcess Management - Setup and enhance workflow and process to ensure the operation is comply with different company policyReporting - Assist the team in preparing different management report. Working closely with product team to feedback any area for improvement, especially from local operation perspectiveJob RequirementsDegree holder in Business Management or MarketingFirst experience in telecommunication industryExperience gained from Mobile Network Operator is highly preferred, especially with experience working in multiple operational functions within the operatorExperience in operation support function is definitely an advantageBasic knowledge of mobile network.
