Our combined IT and engineering expertise provide end-to-end solutions through four service lines: Consulting, Solutions, Talents, and Academy, supporting clients in product development, business process improvement, productivity, time-to-market reduction, and building a smarter, sustainable future.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:Business ManagerAs a Business Manager at Akkodis, your role is central to our sales development strategy.You will develop business within your assigned area, focusing on three main activities:Customer ManagementAssess, benchmark, and establish customer contactsDevelop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospectsNegotiate important commercial and contractual conditionsBuild strong customer relationships through contract implementationPromote all the Group's service offeringsAct as an anchor for dynamic and lasting customer relationships with continuous follow-upsPeople ManagementParticipate actively in sourcing and selecting candidates and new hiresExplore avenues such as employee referrals, social sites, and job fairs to build a strong candidate pipelinePartner with recruiters and staffing agencies to recruit suitable talent aligning with client needsDevelop proactive candidate pipelines to fill open positionsEngage with technical consultants using HR tools like induction, training, and performance management plansFinancial ManagementDevelop business plans, including long-term strategies, budgets, and forecastsMonitor key business parameters such as revenue, margins, employee turnover, cash flow, and change managementManage the profit and loss account for your profit center, including investments, overheads, resource management, billing, and invoicing processesIndustry: ConsultingProfileWe seek a Business Manager with strong business acumen and at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a good listener and communicator, convincing, proactive, autonomous, and able to manage priorities independently. A team player focused on the company's interests, with initiative and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
