The successful candidate will join the Business Intelligence team in the data analyst role with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Requirements collection from business users and analysis of necessary information to be integrated into the DWH
Evolution of DWH data model in accordance with Group guidelines
ETL procedure management and development with Azure Data Factory tool
Monitoring of data quality for appropriate use in business reporting
Setting and monitoring business KPIs to improve business performance
Develop reports and dashboards with Business Intelligence tools
Support users to perform analysis on DWH data and provide functional support for data navigation

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

Proven experience (e.g. 2-3 years) as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer
University degree in scientific‑technological studies
Strong experience with cloud‑based infrastructures; Microsoft Azure platform preferred
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MS SQL Server)
Experience in design, implementation, maintenance of ETL pipelines in cloud environments to collect data from different sources
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Data Factory
Knowledge and experience of messaging system (Kafka)
Experience in data manipulation and Business Intelligence tools; Power BI preferred
Knowledge and experience of Azure Databricks
Communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent in Italian and English
Work experience in the insurance industry preferred
