You’ll be the connection point between raw data and smart decisions, empowering teams across the company with the insights they need to make an impact. If you love transforming complexity into clarity and collaborating with people from all corners of the business, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesTurn data into insight: Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities through reporting and storytelling.Support decision-making: Help product, marketing, customer success, finance, HR and other teams understand performance and make data-backed choices.Ensure data quality: Monitor KPIs, spot inconsistencies, and work with teams to fix issues at the source.Build scalable solutions: Automate dashboards and reports that drive alignment and visibility across departments.Collaborate and connect: Act as the go-to person for BI support, guiding stakeholders through their data needs and solutions.Tools you\'ll use daily: SQL (Redshift), Tableau, Superset, Airflow, Git, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Amplitude, Looker Studio and possibly Python/R if you\'re ready to explore more advanced analysis.What We’re Looking ForWe’re not just looking for someone who can crunch numbers, we’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and wants to make an impact.QualificationsYou’ve got 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, BI, or data roles.You're comfortable writing SQL queries to answer real business questions.You know your way around a BI tool (Bonus point: Superset).You're detail-oriented, but also love seeing the big picture.You enjoy talking to people and helping them turn “I think” into “I know”.You’re fluent in English and like working in an international, collaborative environment.Extra brownie points if you’ve dabbled with Python or R, have worked with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, or have experience with tools like Amplitude or Segment.
