On behalf of our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with manufacturing sites in Italy and abroad, operating in the Primary Care sector with a particular focus on areas such as Respiratory Diseases, Pain, Women’s Health, and Gastrointestinal, Jefferson Wells is looking for a :
BUSINESS INSIGHTS & SALESFORCE EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER
The resource will be integrated into the Business Operations Department of the company and will have the following responsibilities :
Identify key market and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) trends to support strategic planning and budgeting.
Analyze and integrate internal (CRM, omnichannel, KPIs) and external data to generate actionable business insights.
Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
Manage Field Force incentive plans, territory allocation, and related KPIs.
Support performance reviews, forecasting, and business decision‑making through data analysis.
Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to share best practices and drive a data‑driven culture.
Present insights and reports to senior and executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications :
2+ years of experience with Power BI, data visualization, and data governance
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and database / reporting tools
Familiarity with IQVIA data and other market data sources
Knowledge of CRM systems, SAP / BW, and basic database concepts
Excellent analytical, time management, and teamwork skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Direct and permanent employment is offered. Compensation will be commensurate with actual experience gained.
