Business Functional Analyst – ABB

As a key member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, you will be part of the Customer Portal & Digital Commerce Ecosystem Team, ensuring global tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide.
Reports to: Chapter Leader – Business Process Management
Work model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities

Uncover, collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements or stories, translating them into implementation stories
Collaborate closely with business users and the development team to establish a clear development plan and testable acceptance criteria
Work with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, capacity, status, and velocity across planned releases
Master our application landscape and proactively address incidents and changes
Actively create and present innovative solutions to business users and partners
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of expertise, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to drive high-quality products
Apply Agile development methodologies and actively participate in all team activities
Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools
Provide training and guidance to users of the tools
Manage timelines, resources, and overall project execution
Report project updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications

BS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business and minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development
Italian and English speaker
Strong knowledge of Agile processes and project execution methodologies
Excellent analytical and computer skills and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer advocate
Champion of change, willing and eager to promote change
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Figma, and DevOps/Jira
