Business Development Specialist – Milan
Responsibilities

Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients and organize first meetings with them to introduce Evidilya.
Perform market analysis, keep updated on market trends and monitor competitors’ strategy.
Take part in all the steps of the new client acquisition process: attending initial meetings with prospects, collecting data and needs, supporting the development of proposals (PowerPoint presentations, agreements, etc.) and finalizing collaborations.
Support the business development and sales strategy.
Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of the new client acquisition process.
Work closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.

Required Skills

Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences).
Previous experience (2 years) in sales and/or business development in an international context.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven knowledge of healthcare industry and/or CRO.
Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
Strategic and innovative approach.
Accurate, attention to details and business goals oriented.
