What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and personalized emailsQualify leads from website forms, and industry eventsUse LinkedIn and other platforms to engage in social selling and nurture relationshipsCollaborate with account managers and the leadership team to ensure smooth client transitionsMaintain a consistent sales pipeline, meet activity and conversion KPIs, and update the CRM system regularly
Who You Are
You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles (experience in media, advertising, or SaaS is a plus)You’re motivated by goals, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreachYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and EnglishYou are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environmentExperience or interest in luxury, fashion, design, pr, advertising or international publishing is a plus
