If you’re driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Milan.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our Italian business. This position reports to the Head of BDR and provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity.Core responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and e-mailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureResearch new accounts, identify key players and generate interest through inbound demand generation activities coordinated with MarketingMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryKey requirements:3+ years of experience in the software sales industry, preferably in the EPM/CPM spaceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsNative or bilingual proficiency in Italian; fluency in English and Spanish would be a plusStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMKnowledge of financial processes will be considered a plusBachelor level qualification is desirableOur commitment to Diversity and InclusionJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
