Whether our clients need fast product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment across continents, we deliver. We accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection and operational insight for OT and IoT environments.We are seeking a candidate with proven experience as a BDR or SDR in the Cybersecurity or IT space, with a strong track record of pipeline generation and inbound/outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple prospecting and follow-up cycles simultaneously, and consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales development process, from account research and outreach to qualification and handoff to sales. You could be the next "Nozomier"!In this role, you will:Partner with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop territory strategy and build pipelineProspect into new accounts through inbound and outbound methods leveraging the BDR tool stack, account-based research, MQL follow up (events, digital, ABM, and other channels), cold calling, social media, and coordinated campaignsGenerate qualified meetings for sales that convert into opportunitiesAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prospecting metrics as designated by the BDR Director (calls, emails, social media touches, speed to lead, and more), as well as monthly opportunity generation quotaPartner with marketing, sales, and BDR leadership to develop strategic prospecting scripts, emails, and other outreachArticulate the Nozomi Networks value proposition to prospective customers demonstrating a good understanding of Nozomi Networks’ cybersecurity technology to overcome objections and book meetingsSupport sales and marketing efforts as needed (in-person and virtual event staffing, chatbot, campaigns, and more)Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to share the Nozomi Networks platform with our future customersTo be successful in this opportunity, you will have:Proven B2B BDR experience, preferably within cybersecurity or ITFluency in both written and oral English, French and German languages.Experience working closely with sales and marketing to achieve department and companywide revenue and pipeline targetsA proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota in your previous role(s)Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesforce, Drift, and OrumA high degree of self-motivation and grit with attention to detail, and a desire to winExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills, and presentation skillsThe ability to self-motivate when working remotely, and exceed in a fast-paced environment, while also having a “Team First” attitudeAlignment with the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trustA Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)Who we are and what we stand for:Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
